Honor X50 Geekbench listing spotted before July 5th launch

Honor X50 has surfaced on Geekbench today. The listing has revealed its chipset, RAM, and Android OS version before its official announcement, which will take place on July 5 in China. In the Geekbench listing, the Honor X50 moniker cannot be seen. Instead, the device has surfaced with its ALI-AN00 model number.

The Honor X50 will debut as a successor to the Honor X40 from last year. The Geekbench listing of the device has revealed that the X50 will be equipped with an all-new Snapdragon 6-series chipset. Continue reading ahead to know the details that have appeared in its Geekbench listing.

Honor X50 Geekbench listing

Honor has already confirmed that the Honor X50 is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The Geekbench listing mentions the configuration of the chip as having four CPU cores working at 1.80GHz and four CPU cores operating at 2.21GHz. The source code of the listing states that the chip is equipped with the Adreno 710 GPU.

On Geekbench 6, the Honor X50 appeared with 12GB of RAM and Android 13. The latter is likely to be overlaid with Magic UI 7.1. The listing reveals that the Honor X50 scored 606 and 2484 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, respectively.

Honor X50 specifications (rumoured)

The Honor X50 has already received approval from Chinese certification platforms, such as TENAA and 3C. As per the TENAA listing, the X50 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K+ resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device may support a 120Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor, the Honor X40. It will sport an 8-megapixel front camera and a dual-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 108-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary lens.

Apart from the 12GB RAM variant, the Honor X50 is expected to arrive with other RAM options, such as 8GB and 16GB. It will arrive in storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The X50 will house a 5,800mAh battery, which will support 35W charging. It has dimensions of 163.75.5 x 7.98mm and weighs 185 grams. The X50 will come in three colour options, such as white, silver, and orange.
