During the event, anyone in India was able to watch all films, TV series, documentaries, and reality shows in the catalogue of Netflix. Now, Netflix has extended the Streamfest 2020 for two more days till December 11th.

Unlike the free trial offer, users need not provide any payment details while signing up for a free account. Additionally, during the Netflix StreamFest, the content can be watched on any device and have access to all features like creating profiles, set parental controls, and use Hindi interface, among others. As mentioned before, Netflix was free for everyone in India from December 5th to December 6th and then further extended to December 9th. However, now the OTT platform has extended the two days StreamFest for the second time in a row. New users can now stream the entire catalogue of Netflix starting 9am on December 9th till 8:59am on December 11th.
In order to watch Netflix for free during the extended StreamFest 2020, new users will need to sign up for a new account anytime after 9am on December 9th and start watching. Users will need to register on the web or the app, and after that, they can log in to any device and start watching.

During the Netflix Streamfest 2020, everyone in India can stream Netflix for free for two days
The Netflix Streamfest 2020 is meant only for new users and those who have used the Netflix trial in the past. The latter can simply login and pick up from where they left off. New users will need to signup for a free account before they can watch Netflix for free.
- Download the Netflix app on your smartphone or visit the Netflix StreamFest website
- Sign up with your name and valid email id or phone number
- Enter a password
- No debit card or credit card details are required
- Click on ‘Start watching’
Do note that during the Netflix StreamFest 2020 you may experience a roadblock in form of “StreamFest is at capacity” message, which will pop up when the free viewers limit is reached. However, the OTT platform will notify you when capacity opens up and you can continue streaming. Additionally, it’s worth noting that Netflix StreamFest will let free users stream only in SD resolution.
