Xiaomi-backed smartphone manufacturer Huami has introduced a new premium version of the Amazfit GTS in its home market of China. The latest version of the wearable is called the Huami Amazfit GTS Titanium edition. Just like its name suggests, the new Amazfit GTS smartwatch flaunts a much sturdier titanium alloy-made body, which is much more strong than the stainless steel. Notably, thanks to the new alloy, the Huami Amazfit GTS Titanium edition is also resistant to corrosion. Apart from the new body, the Amazfit GTS Titanium edition also has a fluoro-rubber strap, which is softer, friendly to skin, and resistant to dirt.

Apart from the aforementioned cosmetic changes, the internals of the Huami Amazfit GTS Titanium edition are the same as its predecessor. The wearable is capable of providing 24-hour heart rate monitoring, which can also issue a warning when an abnormal heart rate is detected. Fitness-wise, the wearable offers 12 sports mode tracking, including running, treadmill, walking, cycling, elliptical trainer, pool / open water swimming, mountaineering, trail running, skiing, and exercising.
The Huami Amazfit GTS Titanium edition also features six-axis accelerometer, low-power BioTracker PPG sensor, a barometer, ambient light sensor, and a three-axial Geomagnetic sensor. The device can track data like distance covered, steps, pace, calories, and bpm range. There also are features like a sedentary reminder and sleep monitoring.
As for the other features, the Amazfit GTS Titanium edition offers a 1.65-inch AMOLED curved display bearing a resolution of 348 x 442 pixels and 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 layer. The wearable can be paired with your smartphone over Bluetooth 5.0. Lastly, the accessory has 5 ATM water resistance and up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge.

The Huami Amazfit GTS Titanium edition has been priced at RMB 1,299 (~Rs 13,250), and it is currently only available in the Chinese market. The standard edition of the Amazfit GTS is available in India for Rs 9,999.
