Huawei is set to unveil its next foldable smartphone, the Mate X3, on March 23 in China. However, before its official launch, the team at Pricebaba spotted the upcoming Huawei Mate X3 on the Geekbench database with the ALT-AL00 model number.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Huawei Mate X3 will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC with Max Clock Speed 3.19GHz. It will be paired with an Adreno 730 GPU and 12GB of RAM. The smartphone scored 1312 in single-core tests and 4282 in multicore tests.
The popular leakster Digital Chat Station has also shared some key specifications of the Huawei Mate X3 on Weibo today. According to the Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Huawei smartphone will have a 7.8-inch 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a triple rear camera setup with 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor. The device will support wireless charging and an IPX8 rating for water resistance.
The Huawei Mate X3 is expected to use the company’s own HarmonyOS 3 out of the box. It could have a 4,800mAh battery with 66W rapid wired charging support. Unfortunately, Huawei is said to use the 4G version of the Qualcomm chipset, as the company has been barred from using 5G technology.
Apart from that, we don’t have much information about the device. But we are expecting to get details about the forthcoming Huawei Mate X3 as we inch closer to the launch.
