Huawei Watch GT 2e renders and specifications leaked, to feature 14-day battery life

As Huawei gears up to launch the P40 series of smartphones on March 26th, reports of a new smartwatch have already started creeping up. A fresh report on suggests the new Huawei Watch GT 2e smartwatch will go official around the same time. Based on the existing Watch GT 2 platform, the highlight of the GT 2e is its 14-day battery life. The wearable device will be available in a bunch of different color options, although no other significant upgrades can be seen at the moment.

The Huawei Watch GT 2e will flaunt a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a round dial and a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. It is powered by a power-efficient HiSIlicon Hi1132 ARM Cortex-M3 chipset with 16MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1.

Additional features on the smartwatch include GPS, voice control, sleep tracking, heart rate monitor, kilocalorie measurement, and waterproof structure. The device flaunts magnetic charging points on the rear surface, right next to the heart rate sensors. 

Featuring a 46mm dial, the Huawei Watch GT 2e is a rather large device. The GT 2e will be available in Mint Green, Volcano Red, and Graphite Black. We will have more details next week at the official announcement.
