Earlier this month, Huawei launched its budget-oriented smartphone dubbed Huawei Y7 Prime. It seems like the smartphone maker is now working on yet another budget device. Huawei Y7 (2019), as the name suggests, is a successor of previously launched Y7 (2018). The smartphone has now made its way to the EEC certification listing.
Huawei Y7 (2019) Surfaced on EEC, Might Launch Soon?
The yet-to-be-launched Huawei Y7 just appeared on the EEC listing with a model number DUB-LX1. Apart from the model number, the listing does not reveal much about the device. The smartphone’s hardware specifications is a complete mystery at this point. Considering the 2018 trends, we’re speculating the device to feature an updated design with a notched display. We can also expect hardware upgrades from the 2019 version of Huawei Y7.
Since the device has just got the EEC certifications, it might make its way to the market sometime soon. Looking at the previous launch timeline of Y7 lineup, Huawei Y7 (2019) might see its official announcement in the month of May 2019. The smartphone might hit the stores starting from July 2019. Huawei’s Y-series smartphone basically focusses on the budget-oriented segment. Like the Y7 Prime 2018, the device is likely to be priced under INR 10,000. Again, all of this is just speculations which should be taken with a pinch of salt.
