iBall has expanded its Slide lineup with the launch of a new 4G tablet — the iBall Slide Brace-X1. Basically, it is the successor to last year’s Brace X1 which supports 3G. However, as the name suggests, the newly unveiled iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G offers support for 4G connectivity as well as voice calling. Last week, iBall came up with the Compbook Flip-X5 laptop in India.
To begin with, the iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G sports a 10.1-inch XX display. It comes with dual chambered speakers which according to the company delivers clear sound. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3 GHz Octa-Core ARM Cortex A53 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and also includes a Mali-T720 GPU for videos and graphics processing. On the camera front, one will get an 8-megapixel rear snapper with LED as well as a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
The tablet runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out-of-the-box. The iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G offers 16GB onboard storage that can be expanded up to 64GB with support for a microSD card slot. The connectivity options include 4G, WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and USB OTG. Finally, a massive 7800mAh battery completes the package.
Available in bronze gold color, the iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G is priced at Rs 17,499 in India.
