The tournament started on October 16 and will continue until November 13, 2022, in Australia. The tournament was scheduled to be held in 2020 was postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the International Cricket Council (ICC) officially announced the same, stating that Australia would host the tournament again in 2022. 
Several warm-up matches were played ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 and the same were scheduled between October 10 and 19, 2022. Meanwhile, the confirmation of the fixtures was announced earlier this year along with Australia as the venue, keeping their position as the defending champions in mind.

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 – Team List and Format
A total of 6 teams automatically qualified for the tournament which include Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa. These reached the Super 12 phase of the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup automatically and directly reached the Super 12 phase of this tournament. Their qualification was based on the 2021 tournament performance and ranking.
Besides this, teams like Namibia, Scotland, Sri Lanka, and the West Indies have become a part of the group stage. Global Qualifiers were conducted to select the remaining four places from a total of sixteen teams.
As per reports, Ireland and UAE moved to the T20 World Cup from the Global Qualifier A tournament. Meanwhile, the Netherlands and Zimbabwe qualified from the Global Qualifier B tournament.

While both the plans offer unlimited calling, Disney+ Hotstar subscription, and 100 SMS per day, the plan for Rs 1,499 plan includes 2GB daily data for 84 days and Rs 4,199 plan includes 3GB daily data for 365 days.
Users must note that the Disney+ Hotstar subscription will NOT be available on new/next recharge of Rs. 499 plan, Rs. 601 plan, Rs. 799 plan, Rs. 1,099 plan, Rs. 333 plan, Rs. 419 plan, Rs. 583 plan, Rs. 783 plan and Rs. 1,199 plan. However, it will be available for users who have already recharged with any of these plans and shall continue to avail the benefit until the validity lasts.
