Infinix Hot 12 Play has launched in India today. It had debuted in Thailand earlier this month. The Infinix Hot 12 Play is the cheapest smartphone in the country to come with a high refresh rate display. It also features a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout and a high battery.

The Infinix Hot 12 Play falls under the Rs 10,000 price segment and competes against the likes of Redmi 10, Realme C35, and others in the market. Let’s take a look at the smartphone below.

The Infinix Hot 12 Play comes with a large 6.82-inch display with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout. It offers an HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The back panel houses a rectangular camera module and a conventional fingerprint scanner. The smartphone features a dual camera setup comprising a 13MP primary sensor paired with an AI lens and LED flash. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie snapper. 

Internally, the Infinix Hot 12 Play is equipped with a UniSoc T610 processor. The chipset is coupled with 4GB RAM that can be extended to 7GB via virtual RAM technology. There is  64GB onboard storage with support for microSD card slot. The smartphone draws its power from a 6,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. 

Software-wise, the Infinix Hot 12 Play runs on XOS 1.6 based on Android 12 OS. Connectivity options on the smartphone include dual-SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Infinix Hot 12 Play carries a price tag of Rs 8,499. It is available in Racing Black, Horizon Blue, and Daylight Green colours and can be purchased from Flipkart starting may 30th.
