Infinix INBook X2 has been launched in global markets. The new notebook has arrived as the successor for the INBook X1 which was announced in the Philippines in September 2020. Since the INBook X1 was made available in India in December last year, the INBook X2 may arrive in the country a couple of weeks later.

Like the predecessor model, the INBook X2 continues to offer a sleek and slim design. The device measures 14.8mm in thickness and weighs around 1.24kg. The major highlights of the INBook X2 include a Full HD display with a 178-degree wide viewing angle, a 10th generation Intel CPU, a long battery life, and an affordable price tag.

Infinix INBook X2, like the INBook X1 that came before it, continues to sport a 14-inch IPS panel with an aspect ratio of 16:9. The screen offers Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and 300 nits of brightness. The top bezel of the device has an HD webcam, which is flanked with a pair of LED flash units.

The notebook is fitted with a full-sized backlit keyboard and a large touchpad. It comes preinstalled with the Windows 11 Home OS. It is fuelled by the 10th generation Intel CPU, and can be configured with either Core i3, i5 or i7.

The INBook X2 comes in two RAM variants such as 8GB and 16GB. It offers M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 storage choices such as 256GB and 512GB. It has a 50Wh battery that Infinix claims will last for up to 11 hours. The laptop can be charged using a 45W charger. The company has equipped the laptop with ICE STORM 1.0 cooling system for regulating the internal temperature of the device.

On the connectivity front, the INBook X2 is equipped with support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. The sides of the notebook feature a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, another USB Type-C port, a pair of USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI 1.4 port, a memory card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For audiophiles, the INBook X2 is blessed with Dolby Atmos powered dual stereo speakers. As far as design is concerned, the laptop features a metal-bodied chassis with a dual-tone finish.

Infinix INBook X2 pricing and availability

The Core i3 variant of the Infinix INBook X2 is priced at $399 (~Rs 29,800). Its Core i5 and i7 models cost $549 (~Rs 41,000) and $649 (~Rs 48,450), respectively. Starting from January 22nd, 2022, the INBook X2 will be available for purchase in multiple markets like Egypt, Indonesia, and Thailand. It will be available in vibrant colour options such as red, blue, grey, and green.
