Infinix Note 7 with Helio G70 and 5,000mAh battery launched in India: price, specifications

In April this year, Infinix had announced the Note 7 and Note 7 Lite smartphones. However, there was no word on the pricing and availability of the devices. Now the brand has launched the Infinix Note 7 in the Indian market, but the Lite variant hasn’t been announced.

The Infinix Note 7 falls in the sub-15k price segment. It is the successor to last year’s Infinix Note 6 which didn’t debut in India. The smartphone will compete against the likes of the Redmi Note 9 (review), Redmi 9 Prime (review), Realme 6i (review) and others in the country.

The Infinix Note 7 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G70 processor.

The Infinix Note 7 offers a large 6.9-inch punch-hole display bearing HD+ resolution. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button. The back panel houses a circular camera module and features a gem-cut texture 3D curved design. 

The Infinix Note 7’s sports a quad-camera setup comprises a 48MP main sensor, 2MP macro lens, 2MP depth sensor and a dedicated camera for shooting videos in low-light. The punch-hole cutout on the front accommodates a 16MP selfie snapper. The smartphone offers camera features like super night mode, slow-mo video, super steady action shot etc.

Under the hood, the Infinix Note 7 is equipped with a Helio G70 processor. The device packs 4GB RAM and offers 64GB internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for additional storage. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. Software-wise, the Infinix Note 7 runs Android 10 with XOS 6.0 layered the top. 

Infinix Note 7 price in India

The Infinix Note 7 is priced at Rs 11,499. It is offered in Forest Green, Aether Black and Bolivia Blue colours. The smartphone will go on sale on Flipkart from September 22nd at 12pm.
