Infinix Smart 5A has launched in India today. It is a stripped-down variant of the Infinix Smart 5 that had debuted in February this year. The latest offering is an entry-level smartphone.
The Infinix Smart 5A falls in the sub-Rs 7,000 price bracket and competes against the likes of Redmi 9 Power, POCO C3, Micromax In 1B, and others in the market. Read on to know what the smartphone offers out of the box.

The Infinix Smart 5A offers a 6.52-inch display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The back panel houses a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a rectangular camera module. The Infinix Smart 5A features an 8MP main sensor paired with a 2MP secondary lens. In the front, the device has an 8MP selfie snapper. The smartphone also offers a face unlock feature.
The Infinix Smart 5A is powered by an Helio A20 processor. It is coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage expandable via a microSD card slot. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit. Software-wise, it runs Android 11 (Go Edition) out of the box.
Connectivity options on the Infininx Smart 5A include dual VoLTE, microUSB port, Bluetooth 5,0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Infinix Smart 5A is priced at Rs 6,499. It is offered in Ocean Wave, Quetzal Cyan, and Midnight Black colours. The smartphone will be available for purchase from Flipkart from August 9th
