Last month, MediaTek announced the Helio G88 and Helio G96 chipset for mid-range smartphones. Soon after the announcement, Infinix hinted that it will be launching a Helio G96 powered smartphone. It is likely that the upcoming Infinix Zero X will come equipped with the Helio G96 chip. The Zero X is expected to arrive as the successor to last year’s Infinix Zero 8 smartphone.

The Infinix Zero X’s front panel features a punch-hole screen. A volume rocker and a power button can be seen on the right edge of the device. While it is not visible in the image, it may come with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The back panel of the Zero X sports a speckled pattern like the older Google Nexus 4. The top-left corner of the rear shell features a rectangular camera module that houses a triple camera unit and an LED flash.

Unfortunately, the leak has no information on the specs of the device. The Zero X is likely to be positioned higher than the Note 10 series that launched in global markets and India in the first half of this year.
