iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will soon arrive in a new yellow variant. To recall, the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus were unveiled along with the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max in September 2021. The four iPhones are available in multiple colours, but none of them come in yellow.
According to a report by MacRumors, it has been learned that Apple’s PR team is gearing up for a product briefing, which may take place this week. The briefing could be related to the new paint-job of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. While the US could be the first market to receive the new colour variant, it is unclear whether it will be available in India.

Apple announced the Alpine Green edition of the iPhone 13 Pro, a couple of months after the official announcement of the iPhone 13 series. According to a recent Weibo post by Macotakara, a Japanese tech blog that has a proven track record on Apple leaks, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will be introduced in a new yellow colour in the upcoming spring season.
This rumour is backed up by a MacRumors report that cites sources claiming that Apple’s PR team is preparing for a product briefing next week. As mentioned above, the company may reveal the yellow edition of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus through the product briefing. At present, both models are available in shades like Starlight, Blue, Midnight, Purple, and Red.

The Apple iPhone 14 has a 6.1-inch OLED display that offers a resolution of 1,170 x 2,532 pixels, whereas the iPhone 14 Plus houses a 6.7-inch OLED display that produces a resolution of 1,280 x 2,778 pixels. Both phones have an Apple A15 Bionic chip and come in multiple storage options, such as 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
The iPhone 14 has a 3,279mAh battery, whereas the Plus variant has a 4,323mAh battery. Apart from wired charging, both phones offer 15W wireless charging. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus feature a 12-megapixel front camera and a 12-megapixel (main) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system. Both devices come preloaded with iOS 16. The base models of the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro are priced at Rs 79,900 and Rs 89,900, respectively.
