iQOO 9T has been spotted on the Bureau of India Standards (BIS) certification website with the model number I2201. The listing doesn’t reveal any key details of the upcoming offering, however, it hints at an imminent launch of the smartphone in the country.

Previously 91Mobiles reported that the iQOO 9T will launch in India next month. Now the same publication has also shared key specifications of the device, courtesy of industry sources.
iQOO 9T specifications (expected)
The iQOO 9T will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It remains to be seen whether it will be the first phone in India with the said chipset since the OnePlus 10T is also expected to debut next month. The processor launched last month and it offers 10 percent faster CPU and GPU performance.
91Mobiles also reports that the iQOO 9T will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. The upcoming smartphone is said to come in two RAM and storage configurations i.e. 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. The device is rumoured to feature 120W fast charging. Lastly, the source adds that the iQOO 9T will come in Black colour option.
Apart from this, there is no additional information on the upcoming iQOO 9T. It’s speculated that the smartphone will retain the same design as other iQOO 9 series phones.
In other news, the Vivo sub-brand is gearing up to unveil the iQOO 10 series in China next month.
