iQOO 9T is confirmed to debut in India this month. The Vivo sub-brand has not revealed the exact launch date of the upcoming offering but it is said to arrive by the end of July. The smartphone also bagged BIS certification recently.

The iQOO 9T will be the fourth offering in the iQOO 9 series that debuted earlier this year. It is expected to be the most powerful flagship from the brand. 

iQOO 9T India launch confirmed for this month

The iQOO 9T is confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor under the hood. The chipset offers 10 percent faster CPU and GPU performance compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The iQOO 9T could also become the first smartphone in India to be powered by the newly announced processor. The OnePlus 10T 5G is also rumoured to debut with the said chipset later this month, however, its launch timeline remains unknown. 

Key specifications of the iQOO 9T have leaked in the past. The smartphone is expected to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is tipped to pack up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. The smartphone will reportedly support 120W fast charging. 

In other news, the iQOO 10 series is officially teased to launch in China with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 later this month.
