iQOO Android 12 beta rollout schedule has been announced. Yesterday, Vivo announced FunTouch OS 12 based Android 12 update timeline for its eligible smartphones. Now its sub-brand has also revealed the release date of the latest Android operating system.

It’s worth noting that the Android 12 update is based on beta build and it may make the user’s device unstable. Hence, it is always recommended to wait for the stable build of the OS that is usually rolled out soon after the beta version.

All five iQOO smartphones in India will receive an Android 12 update

iQOO offers five smartphones in India. The Vivo sub-brand’s portfolio includes the iQOO Z5 (review), iQOO Z3 (review), iQOO 7 (review), iQOO 7 Legend, and iQOO 3. All the smartphones will be eligible to receive the Android 12 beta update. In a statement, iQOO said, Taking the legacy forward of offering outstanding performance, users can enjoy enhanced smartphone experience in combination with Android 12 Beta.’

iQOO Android 12 beta update: expected features 

iQOO hasn’t revealed any features of the upcoming software update, but we can expect the smartphones to come with all the FunTouch OS 12 based changes and improvements. iQOO’s India website has a dedicated page for the brand’s proprietary UI

iQOO UI offers small and simple icons for a comfortable viewing experience. Users can update the icon shapes based on their preferences. The UI also offers an Always-on display mode with customisation option. It will come with dynamic animation effects and Monster Mode UI that is said to be designed for pro users.
