iQOO Neo6 has launched in China today. It arrives as the successor to the iQOO Neo5 that debuted in March last year. The latest offering is the third device in the Vivo sub-brand’s Neo lineup.

The iQOO Neo6 packs premium specifications including a flagship Snapdragon SoC, high refresh rate display, faster charging, and an OIS-enabled triple camera setup. Read on to know what the smartphone offers out of the box.
iQOO Neo6 specifications and features
The iQOO Neo6 sports a centre-aligned punch-hole AMOLED display bearing a 6.62-inch screen and FHD+ resolution. It offers MEMC, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The device is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The back panel houses a vertical rectangular camera module.
On the imaging front, the iQOO Neo6 features triple rear cameras. The setup comprises a 64MP main sensor with support for OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP third unit. There is a 16MP front-facing selfie snapper.
Internally, the iQOO Neo6 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The chipset is coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage. The smartphone draws its power from a 4,700mAh battery unit with support for 80W fast charging. Software-wise, the iQOO Neo6 runs on Android 12 OS with OriginOS skinned on the top.
iQOO Neo6 pricing and availability
The iQOO Neo6 is offered in Black, Blue, and Orange colours and in three RAM and storage configurations. The base 8GB + 128GB variant costs RMB 2,799 (~Rs 33,500) whereas the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at RMB 2,999 (~Rs 35,861). The higher 12GB + 512GB option carries a price tag of RMB 3,299(~Rs 39,449).
