The iQOO Z3 5G will arrive as India’s first phone with the Snapdragon 768G SoC

Citing information received from sources, MoneyControl reports that the iQOO Z3 5G will be announced between June 10th and June 15th in India. The mid-range phone may arrive in the country with a price tag of around Rs 25,000.

iQOO is likely to confirm the arrival of the iQOO Z3 5G in a week’s time. As far as specs are concerned, they are likely to be identical to its Chinese variant, which was announced in April.

iQOO Z3 5G specifications and features

The iQOO Z3 5G has a 6.58-inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. It has a 16MP front camera, and its rear camera system comprises a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Z3 5G’s Snapdragon 768G chipset is assisted by up to 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 4,400mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging. Since the iQOO 7 (review) series supports 55W fast charging in India, there is a possibility that the Z3 mid-ranger may come with slightly slower charging speeds. In China, the iQOO Ze 5G is available with a starting price of RMB 1,699 (~Rs 19,300).
