The company recently confirmed that it will be launching the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G on September 15th, 2022, in India. The landing page of the phone, which is available on Amazon India, states that its chipset will be confirmed tomorrow. However, the new leak that has emerged a day before the launch has revealed that it is equipped with the SD4G1 SoC.

The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G will be positioned below the iQOO Z6 5G, which features the Snapdragon 695 mobile platform. Here is all the information that has surfaced on the Z6 Lite’s latest leak.

The screenshot shared by Yadav reveals the key specifications of the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G. It mentions that the device is powered by the 2.0GHz Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 mobile platform. Rumours surrounding the chip have claimed that its performance could be similar to the SD695. The image also reveals that the Z6 Lite has 6GB of RAM, 2GB of extended RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and Android 12 OS, which will be overlaid with the FunTouch OS UI.

The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G’s microsite on Amazon India reveals that it has a waterdrop notch that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. Rumours are rife that it could feature a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel. The rear shell of the device reportedly features a 50-megapixel main camera. It is likely to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support. For security, it seems to be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is expected to launch at a sub-Rs 15,000 price in India. It will be available in black and blue colours.
