Jio Phone Next has appeared on the Google Play Console listing. It was first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav. The listing reveals key specifications of the upcoming budget smartphone.
The Mukesh Ambani-led telecom giant had announced the Jio Phone Next at the company’s 44th AGM in June this year. The smartphone is made in partnership with Google. The Jio Phone Next was slated to release on September 10th but it eventually got delayed to this month. There still isn’t an exact launch date for the same.

Jio Phone Next Google Play Console listing reveals key specifications
The Jio Phone Next’s specifications were leaked previously as well and they are in line with the latest Play Console listing. The latter reveals that the device will feature an HD display (720 x 1,440 pixels) and 320ppi pixel density. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm QM215 SoC that corresponds to Snapdragon 215 processor. It will be paired with Adreno 306 GPU onboard.
As per the Play Console listing, the smartphone will pack 2GB RAM and run Android 11 Go Edition that is optimised for low-end devices.
As per past reports, the Jio Phone Next is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display, an 8MP selfie camera, and a 13MP rear-facing shooter. The device will reportedly be powered by a 2,500mAh battery unit.
The Jio Phone Next is tipped to debut as the most affordable 4G phone in India priced under Rs 3,500. We expect it to go official by October end or early November in the country.
