The movie explores the battle exploits of a gangster named Kotta Madhu (Prithviraj Sukumaran) and the dark underbelly of Thiruvananthapuram. Rival gangster groups clash, and gang wars kickstart to gain power and control over the city’s slums and the suburbs.
