Lava Z2s smartphone has been launched in India. It is a budget offering and falls under the sub-Rs 8,000 price category. The latest smartphone is the third device and the base variant in Lava Z2 series after the Z2 and Z2 Max.

The Lava Z2s also retains a few specifications from the standard Z2. The latest offering competes against the likes of Realme C21, Infinix Hot 10 Play, and Redmi 9A in the market. Let’s take a look at what the device offers out of the box.

The Lava Z2s features a USB-C port

The Lava Z2s comes with a 6.52-inch display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The screen is shielded with Gorilla Glass 3. The back panel features a vertical stripe design. The smartphone offers a 5MP front-facing and 8MP rear camera paired with LED flash. It is capable of recording 1080p videos.

The Lava Z2s is powered by an unspecified MediaTek Helio octa-core processor. It is coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit. It runs on the latest Android 11 Go Edition out of the box. 

Connectivity options on the Lava Z2s include USB-C port, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5m jack, OTG, and GPS.

The Lava Z2s is priced at Rs 7,099 and offered in Striped Blue colour. It will be available for purchase in India from Amazon, Flipkart, and Lava eStore.
