Domestic handset manufacturer Lava has expanded its Z-range of smartphones in India by launching a new device. It is dubbed as Lava Z62 and is the successor to Lava Z61 launched last year. The smartphone carries a budget price tag and is targeted towards entertainment users. Let’s find out what this device offers out of the box:
Technical Specifications:
On the display front, the Lava Z62 features a large 6-inch Full View IPS screen. Unlike most new phones today, the Z62 features thick bezels surrounding the display. The device features a dedicated Google Assistant key. The Z62 flaunts a gradient back panel and can be availed in two colour options – Midnight Blue and Space Blue.
On the rear panel, the Z62 has an 8MP rear camera, and up front, the device is fitted with a 5MP sensor. The front camera offers a face unlock feature for that compensates for the absent fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the Lava Z62 is equipped with a MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. The company hasn’t shared details regarding RAM and storage. The device is backed by a 3,380mAh battery unit with AI enhancements for optimising the battery.
