Lenovo India held a launch event today to announce Lenovo A6 Note entry-level phone, Lenovo K10 Note mid-range phone and Lenovo Z6 Pro flagship phone. The Z6 Pro and K10 Note (Lenovo Z6 Youth) were unveiled earlier in China. The A6 Note has debuted for the first time today with an irresistible price tag of Rs. 7,999. The new Lenovo phones will be going head to head with various phones from Xiaomi and Samsung in different price segments in India.
Lenovo A6 Note Specifications and Features
The Lenovo A6 Note features a polycarbonate body, and is fitted with a 6.09-inch display that has a waterdrop notch. It supports HD+ resolution and offers an impressive screen space of 88 percent. The modest Helio P22 octa-core chipset that works at 2.0 GHz is present under the hood of the device. The SoC is coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device offers users with an internal storage of 32GB and comes with a microSD slot for additional storage.
Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the device. The rear side of the phone features a dual camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel main lens with f/2.0 aperture and a 2-megapixel sensor for adding depth effects. Placed on the front is a 5-megapixel selfie snapper. The 4,000mAh battery of the phone can last for two days, claims the company. There is no support for fast charging on the device. A fingerprint sensor is positioned on the rear shell of the phone.
Lenovo K10 Note Specifications and Features
The glass and metal combination bodied Lenovo K10 Note has a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with full HD+ resolution support, and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The K10 Note utilises Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 chipset. Some of the other SD710 phones that have released in the recent past in India include the likes of the OPPO K3, OPPO Reno, Realme X, Realme 3 Pro and Vivo Z1 Pro.
The K10 Note comes in 4 GB and 6 GB RAM variants that respectively feature 64 GB and 128 GB of storage. Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. The triple camera setup available on the rear shell of the K10 Note includes a 16-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. For shooting selfies, it has a front camera of 16-megapixel.
The Lenovo K10 Note is backed by a 4,050mAh battery. An 18W fast charger is bundled in the package of the smartphone. A fingerprint scanner can be found on the back of the phone. Lastly, the phone promises impressive audio output through its Dolby Atmos powered speaker.
Lenovo A6 Note and K10 Note Pricing and Availability
The Lenovo A6 Note can be bought in black and blue colors and it is priced at Rs 7,999. On the other side, the 4GB and 6GB RAM editions of the K10 Note are respectively priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999. The K10 Note will only be offered in a Knight Black colourway. Both phones will be exclusively available for purchase through Flipkart. The first sale of A6 Note will be held on September 11th whereas the K10 Note will go on sale for the first time on September 16th.
