Lenovo K6 Power With 4GB RAM Launched in India at Rs 10,999

On: January 25, 2017

Lenovo launched K6 Power in India with 3GB RAM and 4000mAh battery in November last year, retailing for Rs 9,999. The company is now gearing up to unveil yet another variant of K6 Power next week. The upcoming variant of Lenovo K6 Power comes with 4GB RAM and goes on sale exclusively on Flipkart at Rs 10,999 starting January 31.

Lenovo has undoubtedly played it smart, considering that the mid-range segment is currently dominating the Indian smartphone market. Some of the most recent entrants were the Honor 6X and the Coolpad Cool 1 Dual. Lenovo certainly had a space to fill, which might have triggered the company to come up with the 4GB RAM variant at Rs 11,000.

To recall the specs, the biggest attraction concerning the Lenovo K6 Power has to be its massive 4000mAh battery. Furthermore, it sports a 5-inch Full HD IPS display with 441 PPI pixel density. It is powered a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor combined with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics. Unfortunately, there is no storage bump concerning this new variant. Meaning, it also embraces 32GB storage like the 3GB RAM option. The storage, thankfully, is expandable up to 128GB via microSD.

Lenovo K6 Power features a 13MP rear shooter alongside LED flash and PDAF. It can record Full HD videos at 30FPS. Up front, there is an 8MP secondary snapper for selfies. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner right below the camera module. The smartphone features 6.0 Marshmallow OS and connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, and microUSB 2.0 port.
