Lenovo Note series phone launching in India on September 5th, K10 Note expected

Lenovo India is planning to launch a new device very soon. The company has sent out press invites for a launch event scheduled for September 5th. The invitation does not mention the details of the upcoming device, but features the hashtag #KillerNote. This could mean that the company plans to launch the next generation Note series device. If rumours are to be believed, the Lenovo K10 Note is in the pipeline.

The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition, a.k.a. Z6 Lite (Model Number L38111) launched in China back in May this year. The device showed up on the Thailand National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission’s (NBTC) radar in July as the K10 Note. The L38111 appeared again on the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) as the K10 Note in the same month. The constant appearances hint at an Asian launch soon. The Z6 Lite could make its way outside of China with the K10 Note moniker.
