LG G8x ThinQ goes on sale on Flipkart at 8pm tonight for Rs 21,990

Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale is currently underway until tomorrow. During the sale, South Korean brand LG saw a massive response on its G8x ThinQ dual-display smartphone. The company revealed that it recorded a revenue of Rs 350 crores on the sale of the device. LG claimed that it sold more than 1.75 lakh G8x ThinQ units in the first 12 hours of the Flipkart sale.

To recall, the LG G8x ThinQ was launched last December at a price tag of Rs 49,999. The smartphone was up for grabs at Rs 19,990 during the Big Billion Days sale.

Consumers who missed out buying the LG G8x ThinQ at a massively discounted price are up for another chance. The smartphone is listed on Flipkart at Rs 21,990 which is Rs 2,000 more than the last sale price. It is all set to go on sale today at 8pm.

As a part of the sale, there is an exchange offer up to Rs 16,400 (depending on your smartphone) that can bring down the price of LG G8x ThinQ to under Rs 10,000. Additionally, Flipkart Axis Bank credit card and Axis Bank Buzz credit cardholders can avail 5 percent off on the purchase of the smartphone. There is also a no-cost EMI of Rs 2,444 per month. 

LG G8x ThinQ specifications and features

The LG G8x ThinQ is a smartphone with a detachable secondary screen. The smartphone features a 6.4-inch FullVision display bearing an FHD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The dual-screen also comes with a 2.1-inch cover screen that offers notifications, time and battery life. The smartphone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner. 

The LG G8x ThinQ is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 6GB RAM. The device offers 128GB internal storage expandable up to 2TB via microSD card slot. The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie with a customised UI, letting users run multiple apps on dual-screen phone. The LG G8x ThinQ is backed by a 4,000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging. 

As for cameras, the LG G8x ThinQ offers dual-rear camera setup of 12MP primary sensor accompanied by a 13MP super-wide-angle lens. The device features a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies.
