It’s been long since LG has launched its flagship device of the year – G6. Now, the company is planning to launch a toned down version of the flagship and reportedly dubbed as LG Q6. The company has already started teasing about some key features of the device. Although, it is still yet to be confirmed whether the device will be called LG G6 Mini or LG Q6.
The company has also posted a video showing an upcoming phone which will be launched on 11th July. The video description reads “A full, exQuisite view is what you need. Q-rious? July 11th. Coming soon.” The emphasis given to the letter “Q” further points towards the name of the device to be Q6.
The main highlight of the device will be the FullVision Display. We have already seen this in LG G6, and the Q6 will continue the legacy. Recently, the device also cleared the FCC certification, claimed the famous leakster – Evan Blass. He tweeted revealing the key information of the device such as 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 13MP primary camera, and 3GB of RAM.
The device has also been spotted while making rounds through the benchmarking website Geekbench. The listing further reveals the specs and benchmark scores of the device. As per the listing, the device is said to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be powered by Snapdragon. The benchmarking listing also states the device to feature 3GB of RAM. On the benchmarking score, the device scored 622 on the single-core test, while 1777 on the multi-core test.
