Amazon Prime Video, the OTT streaming platform, has acquired the digital rights to Maaveeran. Shanthi Talkies has announced the news on Twitter. Mahaveerudu will also stream on Amazon Prime Video after its theatrical run. A monthly Prime subscription costs Rs. 179, a quarterly Prime subscription costs Rs. 459, an annual Prime subscription costs Rs. 1499, and a 12-month Prime Lite subscription costs Rs. 999 on Amazon Prime Video.
Maaveeran Title Announcement
The film is made under the banner of Shanthi Talkies. Shanthi Talkies shared the title announcement on YouTube seven months ago. The title announcement has received over 4.2 million views so far. Madonne Ashwin, who wrote and directed the 2021 film Mandela, is the writer and director of Maaveeran. The Sivakarthikeyan film is titled Maaveeran in Tamil and Mahaveerudu.
