Chinese smartphone maker Meizu entered the Indian market in the year 2015. Since then, the company has launched a bunch of good phones. The company has now silently launched a new device in India named as the Meizu M6. The phone was launched in China a couple of months back and has finally made its way to India. It is a budget smartphone priced at Rs. 7,699 and comes with decent specifications.
The Meizu M6 comes with a 5.2-inch HD display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The phone is available in four different colours: Gold, Silver, Blue and Black. There is a 13-megapixel sensor on the back along with an LED flash. On the front, an 8-megapixel camera is provided for clicking selfies and making video calls.
In terms of performance, the phone comes with a MediaTek MT6750 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. It is further coupled with 2GB of RAM which can be termed as average at this price range. The M6 has got Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box which is layered with the brand’s own Flyme UI 6.0. You get 16GB of internal storage on the phone which is expandable externally via a microSD card. The phone runs on a 3070mAh battery unit which would last you about a day’s usage on full charge.
Meizu didn’t officially announce the launch or issue any press release for the phone but instead has directly started selling it online via different distributors. This is the same distribution model used by the company on previous occasions for other phones. It can be bought via Amazon.in at Rs. 7,699.
