In December last year, Xiaomi unveiled the world’s first Snapdragon 888-powered smartphone, the Mi 11. Xiaomi is expected to add more devices in the Mi 11 series just like it did with last year’s Mi 10. The lineup could include Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra. The Ultra variant is the top-end model in the entire Mi 11 lineup.

Now a Filipino YouTuber who goes by the name Tech Buff PH has shared a hands-on video of what seems to be a Mi 11 Ultra smartphone. The video has since been made unlisted. The video first spotted by XDA Developers reports that the model number on the back of the device – M2102K1G matches a Xiaomi device.
YouTuber reveals Mi 11 Ultra in a hands-on video
In the video, the alleged Mi 11 Ultra is shown off running on the global MIUI 12.5 from multiple angles. Further, the camera module on the back of the phone has a text that reads ‘120x Ultra Pixel AI Camera’. This was also seen on its predecessor.
The Mi 11 Ultra is revealed in Black and White colour variants with glass back panels. The device has a massive elongated camera bump like the POCO M3 and OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk Edition. The video also shows a small secondary display located on the right side of the camera module. The left side houses triple sensors along with a LED flash. On the front, the smartphone has a punch-hole cutout and quad-curved OLED display protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.
As for core specifications, the YouTuber reveals that the Mi 11 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch WQHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate panel. It will be IP68 water and dust resistant and will come with speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. In the camera department, the smartphone is said to come with 50MP main shooter, a 48MP wide-angle sensor and a 48MP periscope zoom lens. It could feature a 20MP front-facing snapper.
Being a flagship device, the Mi 11 Ultra will be powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor with 5G connectivity. The YouTuber adds that the smartphone will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with charging options like 67W fast wired and wireless as well as 10W reverse charging support. This is also in line with a previous leak reported by Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station.
