The Xiaomi Mi 11X series is now confirmed to launch on April 23rd in India. The Mi 11X lineup will launch alongside the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, which is the most powerful flagship phone from the brand.
In February, Xiaomi announced the Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro, and Redmi K40 Pro+ smartphones in China. The K40 Pro+ was rebranded as the Xiaomi Mi 11i in global markets recently. According to Kacper Skrzypek from XDA Developers, this device could be landing in India as the Mi 11X Pro. The Redmi K40 was a rebadged as the POCO F3 in global markets. It is speculated that this device may arrive as the Mi 11X in India.

The tweet released by Xiaomi India today reveals that the India-exclusive Xiaomi Mi 11X series will break cover on April 23rd. It will offer extreme performance, exceptional display, camera, and sound output as per the brand. Customised for the Indian market, the Mi 11X series will sport an ‘exquisite’ design.
Xiaomi Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro specifications and features (expected)
Since the Xiaomi Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro are expected to be the rebranded Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro+, we can expect them to feature similar specs. They are expected to feature a 6.67-inch S-AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Both phones might run MIUI 12 based on Android 11. The Snapdragon 870 SoC could power the Mi 11X, whereas the Mi 11X Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset.
The MI 11X could offer 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, while the Pro model might get up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Both phones are expected to offer up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 4,520mAh battery might power both smartphones with 33W fast charging support.
The Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro could feature 20-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera setup of the Mi 11X is expected to include a 48-megapixel primary snapper, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 119-degree FOV, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. On the other side, the Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro might feature a 108-megapixel main camera and the same ultra-wide and macro cameras as the Mi 11X.
