Earlier in May this year, Xiaomi had launched its media streaming device called the Mi Box 4K in India. Now the Chinese brand has launched Mi Box 4S Pro in its home country. The latest offering packs significant upgrades over the Mi Box 4S but retains the same design. It’s worth noting that Xiaomi also sells the Mi Box 4S as the Mi Box S and Mi Box 4K, depending on the market.
The Mi Box 4S Pro offers support for 8K video playback. It comes with upgraded internals. Let’s take a look at the media streaming device below.

Software-wise, the Mi Box 4S Pro runs MIUI out of the box in China, but is likely to boot Android TV in other markets.
Connectivity options on the Mi Box 4S Pro include dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.3, USB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm jack and a power input port. The device also features a standard Bluetooth voice remote control.
