Mi Notebook Pro 14, Mi Notebook Ultra 15.6 tipped to launch in India this month

Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Ultra 15.6 are tipped to launch in India later this month. Now 9mMobiles, has obtained exclusive information about the upcoming laptops from an industry source. As the name suggests, the two laptops will come with 14 and 15.6-inch displays respectively.

The Mi Notebook Pro 14 is expected to arrive as an upgraded variant of last year’s Mi Notebook 14. The upcoming offering had debuted in China earlier this year. The report adds that the Mi Notebook Ultra 15.6 could arrive as a rebranded version of the Mi Notebook Pro X.

Xiaomi could launch two laptops in India this month

Since the Indian variants of the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Pro X are expected to be rebranded versions of their Chinese counterparts, we can expect the laptops to come with similar specifications.

The Mi Notebook Pro 14 sports a 14-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 600 nits brightness, sRGB colour gamut, TUV Rheinland certification and Corning Gorilla Glass. On the other hand, the Mi Notebook Pro X features a 15.6-inch OLED screen bearing a 3.5K resolution and VESA DisplayHDR certification. However, it comes with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. 

On the hardware front, the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Pro X are powered by up to 11th generation Core i7 or Core i5 processors along with integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU. The former is equipped with NVIDIA GeForce MX450 while the latter houses NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti. The Mi Notebook Pro 14 packs up to 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The Mi Notebook Pro X maxes out at 32GB RAM and up to 1TB SSD storage. 

Both laptops feature a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. The machines come with WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-C port, HDMI port and a 3.5mm audio jack. Battery life on the Mi Notebook Pro 14 is rated at 12 hours whereas the Mi Notebook Pro X is claimed to offer 11.5 hours of usage.
