Mi QLED TV 75 launch date in India confirmed


  • Xiaomi will launch the Mi QLED TV in India later this month
  • It will arrive alongside the Mi 11 Ultra and X-series smartphones
  • The television is expected to sport a large display

Xiaomi Mi QLED TV 75 is set to launch in India on April 23rd. The brand has started sending out event invites as well as announced the news on Twitter. Xiaomi is teasing the upcoming television as ‘The Theatre of Tomorrow’.

Last December, Xiaomi had debuted the Mi QLED TV 4K in 55-inch screen size. Going by the name of the upcoming offering, the television will boast a large 75-inch display. The Mi QLED TV 75 will be launching alongside the flagship Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 X-series smartphones. 

Xiaomi says that the upcoming Mi QLED TV 75 is the brand’s biggest and most advanced TV yet. It will offer a theatre-like experience right in the living room. The company hasn’t revealed any key specifications of the television but we can expect it to retain some features from the 55-inch variant. 

Mi QLED TV 4K 55-inch specifications and price

The Mi QLED TV 4K sports a 55-inch display with thin bezels offering a 96 percent screen-to-body ratio. The features an UHD resolution, 100 percent NTSC colour gamut, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG. There is also MEMC technology for smooth frame rates. The Mi QLED TV 4K is equipped with quad full-range speakers and 2 tweeters producing 30W sound output. 

The Mi QLED TV 4K runs on PatchWall UI based on Android 10. The TV is powered by a MediaTek A55 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. It comes with built-in Google Assistant and Chromecast. 

Connectivity options on the Mi QLED TV 4K include 3 HDMI 2.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, e-ARC, Bluetooth, dual-band WiFi and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

The Mi QLED TV 4K costs Rs 54,990 and is available from Flipkart and in India.
