The fitness tracker retains the heart rate sensor, women’s health mode with a period tracking function, 24-hour sleep tracker, stress monitoring and guided breathing exercises. Additionally, the latest wearable features a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen monitoring and 24-hour BP monitoring.

As for activity tracking, the new Mi Smart Band 6 brings support for indoor fitness, indoor ice skating, HIIT, core training, stretching, stepper, gymnastics, pilates, street dance, dance, Zumba, cricket, bowling, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, boxing, and kickboxing modes.

These new modes are in addition to the 11 sports modes from the Mi Smart Band 5, including indoor/outdoor running, indoor/outdoor cycling, outdoor walk, fat reducing running, free training, yoga, elliptical, rowing machine, skipping rope, and indoor bike. Additional features include social media notifications, incoming calls, text, weather updates, music control, remote-control camera, set alarm directly on the band, and view sleep data on the fitness tracker. Lastly, Mi Smart Band 6 comes with 14day battery backup.
