Sales through online channels have increased significantly in the past three years. However, market research firms such as Counterpoint and CyberMedia Research have claimed that offline sales will dominate the Indian market this year as various brands are expected to expand their offline presence.

These research firms and IDC have speculated that offline sales will account for around 55 to 60 percent in India this year. With In Note 1 and In 1b now available in offline markets, it appears Micromax is also aiming to increase its offline presence in the country.
