Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1b sold out in first pre-orders, next sale date announced

Micromax announced its comeback to the Indian smartphone market by launching the IN Note 1 and IN 1b smartphones with attractive starting prices of Rs 10,999 and Rs 6,999, respectively.

On November 9th at 12pm, both IN-branded smartphones were made available for pre-order for the first time through Flipkart. By evening, the company confirmed through a tweet that customers had booked all the units of both phones. The Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1b will be available for purchase from November 24th and November 26th, respectively. It is unclear whether the new IN Mobiles will be made available for pre-order again, before the aforementioned release dates.

Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1b specifications and price

The Micromax IN Note 1 features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD FHD+ punch-hole display and Helio G85 chipset. Its other key specs include a 48-megapixel quad-camera setup, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The IN Note 1 comes in two models such as 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. They are priced at Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,499, respectively. It comes in Green and White hues.

The Micromax IN 1b has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD HD+ waterdrop notch screen, Helio G35 chipset, a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Both phones run a stock version of Android 10.

The IN 1b comes in variants such as 2GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, priced at Rs 6,999 and Rs 7,999. It comes in three colours such as Green, Purple and Blue.
