Micromax Launches Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 With Notch Displays, Prices Start At Rs 8,999

Domestic smartphone maker Micromax has launched two new devices at an event held in Delhi today. The smartphones are a part of the company’s new Infinity N series with a display notch. Dubbed the Infinity N12 and Infinity N11, let’s see what the devices offer:

Micromax Infinity N12

Technical Specifications:

The Infinity N12 is the higher-end model among two devices, while the Infinity N11 is its toned-down variant. Both the devices are identical in most of the specifications.

The N11 and N12 sport notch displays measuring 6.18-inches with HD+ resolution of 1,500 x 720 pixels. A fingerprint scanner is located on the rear panel. The devices are available in Viola, Blue Lagoon, and Velvet Red colour options.

Under the hood, both the devices are equipped with a 2.0GHz Helio P22 processor. While the N11 ships with 2GB RAM, the N12 offers 3GB RAM. The devices offer 32GB of in-built memory, which is expandable via a microSD slot. Both the N11 and N12 come powered by 4,000mAh batteries that are capable of lasting for two days on a single charge. Out of the box, the smartphones run Android 8.1 Oreo.

On the camera front, the N11 and N12 feature vertically-stacked dual rear camera setups comprising of 13MP+5MP sensors. In the front, a 16MP snapper is responsible for clicking selfies on the N12. The N11 on the other hand, features an 8MP front-facing camera. The camera software is backed by AI capabilities and offers various modes for enhancing the images. The front camera also offers a face unlock feature on both the devices for additional security purposes.

Pricing & Availability:

Micromax has priced the N11 at Rs. 8,999. The N12 bears a price tag of Rs. 9,999. Both the devices will be available at retail outlets across the country starting from December 26th. Reliance Jio users can also avail cashback benefits worth Rs 2,200 and an additional 50GB data.
