Lenovo-owned Motorola seems to be quite busy these days in launching a slew of smartphones. Just a few weeks ago, the company introduced the new C-series smartphones with the launch of Moto C and Moto C Plus. Now, the company has silently launched the Moto E4 carrying a price tag of Rs8,999. It’s successor to Moto E3 Power launched in September last year. There are also few reports claiming the launch of Moto E4 Plus soon.
According to a video posted by a Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the stock of Moto E4 has already arrived. Talking about the specs, the Moto E4 puts on a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. While the phone came with a Snapdragon processor in North Ameria, however, it India, it is launched with a MediaTek MT6737 chipset. Accompanying the chipset, the phone features 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.
For shutterbugs, the phone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and a single-LED flash. Up front, it flaunts a 5-megapixel snapper with fixed-focus for capturing selfies. The selfie camera is also accompanied by a single-LED front flash.
The Moto E4 packs in a 2800mAh battery and will be available in two colour options – Liquorice Black and Fine Gold. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11n, Micro-USB port, GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, and 4G support. Surprisingly, it supports single SIM card only. It measures 144.5 x 72 x 9.3mm and weighs 150 grams.
