It’s not a secret anymore that Lenovo-owned Motorola will soon upgrade its E-Series lineup with its upcoming phones – Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus. Just a day ago, the company officially announced the new C-Series smartphones – Moto C and Moto C Plus and now its turn to launch the upcoming E-series smartphones. Well, before that could happen, we’ve got our hands on the press renders of the Moto E4 Plus leaked online showing the device in two colour options – Gold and Grey.
Specs wise, the rumour has it that the Moto E4 Plus will sport a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by a quad-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6737M processor ticking at 1.3GHz. The device is also expected to get either 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.
For photography, the phone is said to flaunt a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and capability to record HD videos. Up front, the phone will house a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Similar to all E-series smartphones, the Moto E4 Plus will also be a Dual SIM phone with likely to sport a Hybrid SIM slot. Connectivity wise, the phone will get Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, and 4G LTE. The phone will draw its power from a mammoth sized 5000mAh battery. The phone is expected to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box.
