Last week Motorola debuted the Moto G9 Plus in Brazil. Now the Lenovo-owned brand has launched a new smartphone in its affordable E-series. The latest offering is dubbed as the Moto E7 Plus and arrives as the successor to the E6 Plus.
Prior to the launch, we had already seen the leaked official renders and specifications of the Moto E7 Plus. The smartphone packs entry-level specifications and features a 48MP main camera. Let’s find out what the device offers out of the box.
Moto E7 Plus specifications and features
The Moto E7 Plus features a 6.5-inch display bearing HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The device has a thick bezel at the bottom chin. The back panel houses a square camera module with a Moto logo below, the latter doubling up as a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is offered in Navy Blue and Amber Bronze colour options.
The Moto E7 Plus sports a dual camera setup consisting of a 48MP main camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. The device features an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies.
The Moto E7 Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 460 processor. It is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage, expandable via microSD card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for standard 10W charging. The Moto E7 Plus runs Android 10 out of the box.
Connectivity options on the Moto E7 Plus include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm jack and a micro-USB port.
Moto E7 Plus pricing and availability
The Moto E7 Plus is currently available in Brazil at a price tag of BRL 1,349 (~Rs 18,700). There is no word on the international availability of the smartphone at the moment.
