Motorola is one of the few smartphone brands that sell phones with a stylus. Earlier this year, the Lenovo-owned company announced the arrival of the Moto G Stylus. Fresh information reveals that the device could be soon replaced by its successor – the Moto G Stylus 2021.
Evan Blass, who is well-known for smartphone leaks, has revealed the key specifications of the Moto G Stylus 2021. The leak reveals that the smartphone will arrive with a massive display, an improved processor, and better cameras. Unfortunately, the leak has no information on the phone’s pricing and availability.
Moto G Stylus 2021 specifications and features
The Moto G Stylus had arrived with a 6.4-inch display, but the upcoming Moto G Stylus 2021 will be equipped with a 6.8-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution.
Instead of the Snapdragon 665 chipset that fuelled the predecessor, the Moto G Stylus 2021 will come with the Snapdragon 675 SoC. The handset is equipped with 4GB of RAM and it has a built-in storage of 128GB.
The Moto G Stylus 2021 has a selfie camera of 16-megapixel. It features a quad camera setup on the rear comprising a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Motorola has reportedly decided to ship the Moto G Stylus 2021 with Android 10 instead of Android 11. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and lacks support for NFC connectivity. The tipster also revealed that the model number of the G Stylus 2021 is XT2115.
