Motorola Moto G50 5G has launched in Australia today. The Lenovo-owned brand announced the Snapdragon 480 powered Moto G50 in Europe in March. Now the company has unveiled a new phone with the same name for other markets.
The new G50 features a high refresh rate display, 48-megapixel triple cameras, ample internal storage and a big battery. in comparison to the original G50, the new model differs in departments like the chipset, cameras, and rear panel design. Moto G50 5G specifications and features
The Moto G50 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD Max Vision display with a waterdrop notch. It sports HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device offers a screen-to-body ratio of 85 percent.
It has a 13MP front camera, and its squarish rear camera island on the back has a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The G50 5G is powered by the Dimensity 700 chipset and 4GB of RAM. The device offers 128GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion. Like other Moto phones, it runs on a near-stock version of Android 11.
The 5,000mAh battery of the Moto G50 5G promises a battery life of around 2 days on a single charge. While the device supports 15W charging, its retail package has a 10W charger.
