Moto G52 has been spotted in leaked renders courtesy of 91Mobiles in collaboration with tipster Evan Blass (aka evleaks). The images give us a first look at the upcoming offering. The publication has also leaked key specifications of the smartphone.
The Moto G52 will arrive as the successor to the Moto G51 that debuted in November last year. Like its predecessor, the G52 is also expected to be a mid-range device. The report adds that the Moto G52 is codenamed ‘Rhode’.
Moto G52 renders, full specifications leaked
The Moto G52 has a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout display that is said to measure 6.55-inches. It will come with a pOLED screen bearing an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The power and volume rocker buttons are located on the right side whereas the left edge has a SIM card tray. The back panel sports a pill-shaped camera module housing three sensors and an LED flash. The smartphone will be IP52 certified dust and water-resistant. The renders reveal the Moto G52 in three colour options.
On the optics front, the Moto G52 will feature a 50MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth unit. There is a 16MP front-facing selfie snapper.
91Mobiles adds that the Moto G52 will be powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor. It will pack either 4GB or 6GB RAM coupled with 128GB or 256GB storage. The smartphone is tipped to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit and run on Android 12 OS out of the box. The report also states that the Moto G52 will not come with support for 5G, unlike its predecessor.
