Moto G53 5G could be launched soon in the global market. To recall, Motorola recently unveiled the Moto G53 in China alongside the Moto X40 flagship phone. The X40 is likely to release in India and other markets with the Motorola Edge 40 Pro moniker. Tipster Yogesh Brar has published a tweet to reveal the key specifications of the Moto G53 5G’s global edition.

The leak reveals that it will be a different device as compared to the Chinese edition. While the Chinese variant is an entry-level offering, the global edition will be a mid-range device. Here is all the information on the other specifications of the G53’s global variant.

According to Brar, the Motorola Moto G53 5G will arrive with a 6.6-inch OLED panel that will deliver a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It will be the first Motorola phone in the international market to arrive on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 mobile platform.

The SoC will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will house a 5,000mAh battery that will support for Turbo charging. The leak does not mention the exact charging capabilities of the phone. In all likelihood, it may support around 20W fast charging.

The G53 5G will run on the Android 13 OS and My UI. On the front, it will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and its back panel will house a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. There is a possibility that it may feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner like the Moto G52.

In comparison, the Moto G53 5G’s Chinese variant has a 6.5-inch HD+ display, an unknown Qualcomm chip, an 8-megapixel front camera, 50-megapixel dual rear cameras, My UI-based Android 13 OS, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Lastly, it has a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
