Motorola is gearing up to expand its G series lineup with the launch of two new devices, the Moto G53 5G and G73 5G. Earlier in the day, we revealed the upcoming device’s RAM, storage, and colour variants.
Now Pricebaba, through our trusted tipster Paras Guglani, has gathered full specifications, price and design of the upcoming G53 5G. Let’s take a closer look at Motorola’s forthcoming budget offering.
Moto G53 5G Specifications
The Moto G53 5G will flaunt a 6.53-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will draw power from the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 480+ 5G chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will also support expandable memory up to 1TB. It will run on My UX on top of Android 13 out of the box.
In terms of camera, the smartphone will house a dual camera at the back with 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, it will have an 8MP selfie shooter. The device will have a 5,000mAh battery with USB Type C 18W wired charging support. As this is a budget device, it will also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. Interestingly the smartphone will have stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It will also support eSIM and NFC.
The Moto G53 5G will have all the usual sensors like a Proximity sensor, Light sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, SAR sensor, eKompass, and Fingerprint sensor. It will weigh 180 grams and have dimensions of 162.7 x 74.66 x 8.19 (height x width x thickness in mm).
Along with the smartphone, the box will contain a Type A to Type C cable, 10W charging brick, SIM ejector tool, user guide, and safety instructions. Moreover, the device will have a SAR value of 0,98 W/kg.
Moto G53 5G Price and Availability
The device will cost € 209, which is roughly around Rs 18,500. However, remember that this is Europe pricing, which is usually a bit higher than Indian pricing. Apart from that, there’s no confirmation of its arrival, but we can expect the launch to happen quite soon.
