Motorola recently announced its Moto G7 series lineup comprising of the Moto G7, G7 Plus, G7 Play, and G7 Power. While the company hasn’t officially launched the series in India, the Moto G7 Power is now available in offline stores. The device’s launch has been revealed via a tweet by Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom. The Moto G7 Power comes with a large 5,000mAh battery capacity which could last up to three days, according to the brand.
Moto G7 Power: specifications
The Moto G7 Power is equipped with a 6.2-inch HD+ Max Vision display with a resolution of 1,570 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The display also carries a notch on top which houses a single selfie shooter, and the panel has minimum bezels on the sides. Performance wise, the Moto G7 Power runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 octa-core processor with a clock speed of 1.8GHz. It is further supported by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage.

The camera configuration of the phone includes a single rear camera setup which has a 12MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0, PDAF and LED flash. The main shooter also comes laced with features like Google Lens integration and Auto HDR, and it is capable of portrait mode shots and 4K video recording. The 8MP selfie shooter has an aperture of f/2.2 and screen flash. The front camera can also take pictures in portrait mode and sports features like Auto HDR and beauty mode. The USP of the phone is its humongous battery with a 5,000mAh capacity. The device can reportedly run for up to nine hours in just 15 minutes of charge thanks to its 15W TurboPower charger.
Additionally, the phone carries features like face unlock and has a fingerprint sensor on its back. It has a USB Type-C port for charging, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a single nano SIM port, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and USB 2.0. It comes with IP53 certification which means that it is dust and splash repellent. The Moto G7 Power runs Android 9.0 Pie.
Moto G7 Power: price and availability
Mahesh Telecom is selling the G7 Power for Rs 14,500, while the MRP is listed at Rs 18,999. It is available in a single Ceramic Black variant.
