Moto G71 5G price in India has been tipped. The leak reveals that the handset will be priced higher than the Snapdragon 480+ powered Moto G51 5G, which debuted in December 2021 in India. The G71 is scheduled to launch in India on January 10th, 2022.

The Moto G71 5G will be debuting as India’s first smartphone featuring the Snapdragon 695 chipset. The handset offers other interesting features like an AMOLED screen with a punch-hole design, 50-megapixel triple cameras, and a big battery with fast charging. The handset will carry support for as many as 13 5G bands.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav has tweeted a screenshot that reveals the pricing of the Moto G71 5G. It states that the device will be priced at Rs 18,999. Hence, it appears that it will cost Rs 4,000 more than the Moto G51 5G, which is the most affordable 5G-ready Motorola phone in India. The G71 will be available for purchase through Flipkart.

The Moto G71 5G has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The device runs on Android 11 OS, which is overlaid with the My UI interface. It has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel, and a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.

The G71 is driven by the Snapdragon 695 chipset and 6GB / 8GB of RAM. The device ships with a big internal storage of 128GB, but it lacks support for external storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. For security, it has a rear-facing fingerprint scanner.
